You will need to check with the reception to see if there is availability on the day. If the day is fully booked, your ticket will unfortunately be forfeited.

What are the official ticket outlets for this experience?
The official tickets for this experience are only available through Fever. They are not sold on other websites or platforms.

What is the refund and exchange policy?
